CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to arrival. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Reservations of 10 rooms or more are subject to group cancellation policies at the hotel’s discretion.
WHAT IS my CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT TIME?
Check in time is at 3:00pm. We respectfully ask that you checkout by 11:00 am so that we can prepare the room for our next guests. Please note that late checkout may be available upon request, depending on availability.
SMOKING & ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES
The Wall Street Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. The “New York City Smoke-Free Air Act” states that smoking is not permitted in public places and places of employment. Therefore, smoking (including the use of Electronic Cigarettes) is not allowed in any of our public areas, dining areas, bar, lounge, or guest rooms. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed in the event smoking does occur in the guest rooms.
ARE PETS ALLOWED AT THE HOTEL?
The Wall Street Hotel is dog friendly! Dogs may not be left in the room unattended and are not allowed in our restaurants or F&B Outlets. We have in-room amenities including a doggy bed, toys and a water bowl for your pet to use during their stay. There are grassy areas around the property for pet relief and nearby parks by Seaport District are within walking distance. A $150 cleaning fee will be applied for deep cleaning of rooms post stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge additional for the cost of any damages in room.
