Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to arrival. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Reservations of 10 rooms or more are subject to group cancellation policies at the hotel’s discretion.
WHAT IS my CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT TIME?
Check in time is at 3:00pm. We respectfully ask that you checkout by 11:00 am so that we can prepare the room for our next guests. Please note that late checkout may be available upon request, depending on availability.
SMOKING & ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES
The Wall Street Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. The “New York City Smoke Free Air Act” states that smoking is not permitted in public places and places of employment. Therefore, smoking is not allowed in any of our public areas, dining areas, bar and lounge, or guest rooms.
A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed in the event smoking does occur in the guest rooms.
Electronic Cigarette smoking is not allowed in any of our public areas, or in our dining areas, bar and lounge.
ARE PETS ALLOWED AT THE HOTEL?
The Wall Street Hotel is pet friendly! Two pets of up to 35 pounds each are welcome for no additional fee. Both dogs and cats are welcome, but pets may not be left in the room unattended. Food and water bowls are provided to four-legged guests, so they can feast on meals from the room service pet menu. There are grassy areas around property for pet relief and nearby parks by Seaport District are within walking distance. Weight restrictions do not apply to service animals.
A $150 cleaning fee will be applied in the event that a pet relief occurs in the guest rooms.
