FAQs

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL SPA OR IN-ROOM SPA SERVICES?

While we do not operate a spa on the property, we do offer in-room massage, express facials, personal classes for stretching and yoga practices through a carefully curated list of preferred providers. Please contact Guest Services at reservations@thewallsthotel.com to arrange spa services in the comfort and privacy of your room.


WHERE CAN I GET HAIRCUT AND NAIL SERVICES?

Our neighborhood has nearby Salons, our Guest Services will be glad to arrange an appointment. No time to go out, we can bring them in-blow outs, manicures, pedicures, facials, make up, and more, all delivered in-room.


WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION FOR THE FITNESS CENTER?

Our state-of-the-art fitness center is accessible at any hour, 7 days a week. Outfitted by Rogue Fitness, our 24-hour fitness center, caters to everyone from the casual runner to the serious CrossFit participant. Peloton Bikes are available in the fitness center. Mirrors are available upon request for in-room use. Guests can also work with Guest Services to schedule personal training sessions.


DRY CLEANING / LAUNDRY / SHOESHINE

The following laundry and dry cleaning services are available upon request:

  • Same Day Service is available Monday through Saturday. Items received by 9:00am will be returned no later than 6:00pm.
  • Overnight Service is available every evening. Items received by 12:00am will be returned no later than 8:00am.
  • Express Service is available Monday through Friday. Items received between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm will be returned within 4 hours.

Kindly note that a 50% surcharge will be added to both the Overnight Service and Express Service

Shoe Shining services are available as well.


CAN I SEND A PACKAGE TO YOUR HOTEL?

It would be our pleasure to hold packages for our guests. Packages can be held at the hotel for a maximum of one week. Please address any packages to us in the below format.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR ROOM SERVICE?

The Wall Street Hotel offers 24-hour room service, with menus designed by Michelin-Starred Chef John Fraser.


IS OUTSIDE FOOD DELIVERY ALLOWED?

Food craving? If all you want is that thing our 24-hour room service doesn't serve, cue Caviar. This isn't your average takeout experience, we go the extra mile and serve takeout orders on house plates, platters, and bowls with an extra touch of love.

Kindly note that the in-room dining team will plate all outside deliveries. Any alcoholic beverages ordered from an outside establishment are not allowed.


ROOMS & RESERVATIONS

CAN I PREPAY A RESERVATION / PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S RESERVATION?

Yes, we can absolutely arrange for third party payment. Please note that we only accept third party payments when requested more than 48 hours in advance of arrival. Please email reservations@thewallsthotel.com with the guest name and dates of stay. A form will be sent to your email shortly after. Please note that we do not accept third party payment for all charges. 


TRANSPORTATION & DIRECTIONS

IS PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?

Yes, we have self-parking and valet parking available, which is located at NYC Parking 100 Maiden Lane Garage Corp 10038. Self parking is $45 for regular sized vehicles and $55 for SUVs for 24 hours. We do not allow in-and-out privileges as it often takes 30 minutes for our valet to retrieve the car from the garage. Valet parking is available for registered hotel guests and hotel’s restaurant patrons at at $60 for regular sized vehicles and $75 for SUVs.


CAN YOU ASSIST IN BOOKING A RENTAL CAR FOR US?

Absolutely, there are several rental car agencies in the vicinity of the hotel. For more information, please contact our Guests Services team at info@thewallsthotel.com.


IS THERE A CAR SERVICE OFFERED FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL?

Airport Limo services are available and can be arranged through Guest Services.


WHAT IS THE NEAREST SUBWAY STOP?

The closest subway station is the Wall Street Station, which is located at the intersection of Broadway and Wall Street. No 2 & 3 lines are also close by, and the J, 4, 5 and R are within close proximity as well.
