How do we contact the hotel for reservations?
You may call the hotel directly at +1 212.688.9255 or email the Reservations team at reservations@thewallsthotel.com. Alternatively, you may book your reservation directly on the website.
Can I prepay a reservation / pay for someone else’s reservation?
Yes, a third-party payment can be arranged. Please note that The Wall Street Hotel only accepts third-party payments when requested more than 48 hours in advance of arrival. Please email reservations@thewallsthotel.com with the guest's name and dates of stay. A form will be sent to your email shortly after. Please note that third-party payment for all charges is not accepted at this time.
Does the hotel require any kind of deposit prior to checking in?
While there is no deposit requirement prior to checking in, a valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. At check-in, a $150 hold per night for incidentals is required, which is refunded upon checkout accordingly.
What is the minimum age required to check in?
The minimum age required to check in is 18, with a valid government-issued ID and credit card.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 11:00 am. Please note that late checkout may be available upon request, depending on availability.
Is the hotel pet friendly?
The Wall Street Hotel is dog friendly. Dogs may not be left in the room unattended and are not allowed in our restaurants or F&B Outlets. In-room amenities are available including a doggy bed, toys, and a water bowl for your pet to use during their stay. There are grassy areas around the property for pet relief and nearby parks by Seaport District are within walking distance. A $150 cleaning fee will be applied for deep cleaning of rooms post-stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge additional for the cost of any damages in the room.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to arrival. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Reservations of 10 rooms or more are subject to group cancellation policies at the hotel’s discretion.
How long until credit/debit authorizations are released?
While most credit cards issued by US-based banks take 5-7 business days, it can also depend on the issuing bank’s policies. International debit and credit cards may take up to 30 days or more depending on the bank.
Do you have connecting rooms? If so, how do I reserve one?

Do any rooms have bathtubs?
Yes, all Carnegie Suites and Otto Suites have deep soaking tubs.
I think I left something in my room, who can I call?
Please contact the Lost & Found department by emailing housekeeping@thewallsthotel.com. Lost items will be held for up to 30 days.
Does my company have a negotiated rate?

What Restaurants and Bars do you have on-site?
The all-day lounge and bar, Lounge on Pearl, is the perfect spot for a casual coffee, after-hours cocktail, light bite to eat, or calming destination when trying to solve the New York Times crossword puzzle. The double-height space is modern with nostalgic elements throughout and features a rich palette of jewel tones and lush textiles. The sprawling space was designed for casual comfort as well as intimate moments, making it perfect for work or leisure.
Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser brings the hotel’s signature restaurant, La Marchande, a modernized French chophouse, to the Wall Street neighborhood. Does the hotel have a spa or offer in-room spa services?
While there is currently not a spa on the property, in-room services for massage and express facials are available through a carefully curated list of preferred providers. Please contact info@thewallsthotel.com to check availability and arrange spa services in the comfort and privacy of your room.
Does the hotel have a fitness center?
Yes, the hotel’s state-of-the-art fitness center is outfitted by Rogue Fitness, open every day, 24-hours a day. This facility caters to everyone from the casual runner to the serious CrossFit participant. Mirror and Peloton Bikes are also available and guests can work with Guest Services to schedule personal training sessions.
Does the hotel have a salon on-site?
While the hotel does not operate a salon on property, the neighborhood has several nearby. The Guest Services team would be happy to arrange an appointment or can arrange to bring them directly to your room to include services such as blow-outs, manicures, pedicures, make-up, and more, all delivered in-room.
Is there an ATM on-site?
The hotel does not have an ATM on-site, but there are several close by including Citibank ATM at 40 Wall Street, Chase ATM at 45 Wall Street, and Bank of America ATM at 95 Wall Street. For assistance locating an ATM, please contact guestservices@thewallsthotel.com.

Can we get our clothes laundered or dry-cleaned during our stay?
Yes, the following laundry and dry cleaning services are available upon request:
- Same Day Service is available Monday through Saturday for items received by 9:00am. These will be returned by 8:00pm.
- Same Day Extended Service is available Monday through Saturday for items received by 11:00am. These will be returned by 8:00pm.
Kindly note that a 50% surcharge will be added for Same Day Extended Service, Sunday and Holiday Service.
Shoe Shining services are available as well.
Do you have babysitting / dog-sitting services?
In-room babysitting services are available, but the hotel does not currently offer dog-sitting services.
Transportation & Directions
Do you have transportation services to and from the airport?
Transportation services are available for a charge and can be arranged through Guest Services at guestservices@thewallsthotel.com.
Which is the closest subway station to the hotel?
The closest subway station is the Wall Street Station, which is located at the intersection of Broadway and Wall Street. No 2 & 3 lines are also close by, and the J, 4, 5 and R are within close proximity as well.
Does the hotel have onsite parking and/or valet parking offered?
24-hour valet parking is available. The cost is $70 daily for sedans, $80 daily for SUVs, and $90 daily for oversized vehicles. Please note, there are no in-and-out privileges and guests are recommended to reach out 40 minutes prior to departure to retrieve their car.
Can you assist in booking a rental car for us?
Absolutely, there are several rental car agencies in the vicinity of the hotel. For more information, please contact the Guests Services team at guestservices@thewallsthotel.com.
What will it cost to hire a cab or town car from the airport to The Wall Street Hotel?
- JFK Approximately $50.00 – $75.00 (allow a 45 minute drive)
- Newark Approximately $65.00 – $85.00 (allow a 1 hour drive)
- LaGuardia Approximately $35.00 – $50.00 (allow a 30 minute drive)

Does the hotel have a baggage-holding area? Is there a fee?
Yes, a luggage-holding area is available. Guests are permitted to store luggage during the dates of their stay only. The hotel cannot hold onto luggage prior to arrival or post-departure date at 10:00am. In addition, the hotel does NOT offer overnight storage. Groups of 10 or more arriving at the same time are subject to porterage fees. Individual check-ins are complimentary.
Do you have any meeting or banquet spaces?
Yes, the property has over 6,500 square feet of flexible event space. Whether it’s a business meeting, a wedding reception, or something in between, the hotel’s unique event and meeting spaces vary in size and style and can be adapted to best fit your needs. Do you have a gift shop on site?
Yes, the hotel offers an online retail storefront here.
Do you allow photoshoots at the hotel?
Unauthorized photoshoots at the hotel are not permitted at the hotel. For any photoshoot requests, please email marketing@thewallsthotel.com.
Is smoking allowed at the hotel?
The Wall Street Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. The “New York City Smoke-Free Air Act” states that smoking is not permitted in public places and places of employment. Therefore, smoking (including the use of Electronic Cigarettes) is not allowed in any of the public areas, dining areas, bar, lounge, or guest rooms. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed in the event smoking does occur in the guest rooms.
